Philippine School Doha (PSD) rendered its annual Career Day on the 17’th of October 2019 on their campus for the junior and senior high students. The school administration led by Principal Alexander S. Acosta, Ph.D. invited only select learning institutions (local and international colleges and universities). Proudly Ferrand was the only training center (in Doha, Qatar) to have shared career guidance to the soon-to-be-graduating classes of PSD.
The aspiring students in their formal PSD attire were very much engaged and involved in the entire event. Aside from being the main participants in the session, they were also helping their school heads and faculty members in organizing the program and preparing all logistics including the venue. Some of them ushered the guests, hosted the program properly and prepared the dining area for lunch.
Ferrand to point students of Philippine School Doha in the right direction
Keeping these hopeful students as a top priority, the guest speaker from Ferrand Training Center (FTC) shared with them brief career guidance through a motivational introspection at the beginning of his talk. He drew the powerful wisdom from his own experiences in the academe when he was still a young aspirant like them. His ultimate purpose was not just to build up and promote Ferrand courses but to point them in the right direction through proper career choices in achieving their dreams in life.
Right after the program, many of the students visited the simple FTC booth in the same venue and inquired about the diverse courses offered. The majority of those who approached the Ferrand team showed interest in the Bachelor’s degree program and the international proficiency in English (IELTS), French, Spanish, Arabic, and German languages.
As a matter of fact, some of them are now enrolled in FTC and soon their teachers as the PSD faculty members have signified their intentions to join the growing Ferrand Training Center family.
