Corporate Giant completes Customer Service Workshop in Ferrand

Another big client in Qatar bestowed Ferrand Training Center with an excellent overall commendation rating for the recently concluded Effective Customer Service Workshop series held in the center premises.
Twelve (12) select delegates from one of the top Food and Beverage (F&B) subsidiaries of the said corporate giant attended the workshop. To quote some of their verbatim feedback in the course evaluation process, “Thank you so much (Ferrand Training Center) for everything. We got the knowledge (to) improve our job. Amazing and we enjoyed our learning”; “Very interesting lessons, I got very good experience as everything we need was provided (for)”; “Perfect trainer, she shared relevant information from her solid background”; “Amazing course for me!”; “Everything was great!”

According to their management, putting the customers first is a crucial differentiating factor for them to stand out from the tough competition across all industries nationwide. Aside from the fact that they are expanding continuously, it is imperative for them to build the capabilities of their manpower through more training and development avenues. The whole program has culminated in a recognition ceremony. All the participants received the prestigious FERRAND training certificates, not only for completing the customer service workshop but for being very engaged during the discussions and the activities all throughout the sessions.
